The hotel was great other than they didn't have laundry facilities. Now booking this stay on the other hand was a nightmare. I had accidently double booked one day and instead of just changing the dates for my reservation they canceled it and then when I called 訂房網站.com. to take care of it they said it was non refundable and took the 120 dollars I had prepaid to book my hotel which was everything I had to my name. So needless to say I won't be using this service anymore and I hope yall don't have the same experience.

The staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much

The hotel is affordable. The price was great, and the hotel was clean, although the exterior of the building shows its age. The lights were burned out in the bedroom, and the shower curtain was missing in the bathroom, but for the price, I didn't mind.
